By placing a pre-order with YourGreenhouses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pre-Order and Estimated Shipping Date
At YourGreenhouses, certain greenhouse and shed models may be listed for pre-order, especially when new inventory is expected or when existing models are temporarily out of stock. When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. This confirms your reservation of the item and your acceptance of these terms.
The estimated shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note this date is an estimate and may shift due to factors like packaging logistics, air freight limits, supplier delays, or production circumstances. If you request changes to your pre-order, the estimated ship date may be delayed and may involve extra costs.
Please note any future modifications you request to pre-order purchases may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.
Cancellation and Refund
If you decide to cancel your pre-order, you may request a full refund within 7 days of placing the order by contacting us at hello@yourgreenhouses.com. Please include your order number in your message. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
If your pre-order remains unshipped for more than 14 days beyond the promised and advertised timeframe, you are also eligible to cancel and request a full refund. Refunds for these cancellations will be processed within 14 business da

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet the estimated shipping window, there may be delays due to freight limitations, warehouse handling, or external carrier restrictions. We aim to provide regular updates and will notify you via email if any significant delay occurs. In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@yourgreenhouses.com to start a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact us.
Customer Responsibilites
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and monitored regularly for any shipping or order updates. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Changes to terms and conditions
YourGreenhouses reserves the right to modify these pre-order terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them before placing a new pre-order.
Limitation of liability
YourGreenhouses is not liable for any loss or damage caused by shipping delays or order cancellations. This includes direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to changes in estimated shipping windows or freight issues.
