Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders work differently from in-stock purchases. Please read this section carefully before placing a pre-order.
Pre-orders are reservations for delivery at a later date, offered at a discounted price because units are produced and shipped in a consolidated batch.
Any pre-order date shown on the product page or in an email is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days after the estimated date, depending on production completion, quality control, consolidated batch shipment to the U.S. hub, warehouse receiving and processing, and final freight scheduling.
Transit time estimates shown in this Shipping Policy (for example, 8 to 12 business days or 12 to 16 business days) refer only to shipping transit after the carrier has picked up the shipment. These estimates do not include pre-order production, overseas shipping to our U.S. hub, customs clearance, warehouse processing, or carrier scheduling.
When a pre-order shipment is released to the freight carrier, a shipment confirmation will be sent. Freight tracking may be limited depending on the carrier. A Bill of Lading (BOL) will be provided once released to the carrier, and the carrier will typically call to schedule curbside delivery.
If the estimated pre-order date has passed and delivery has not been completed, please request a status update by emailing hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and the name on the order. A response will be sent within 1 to 2 business days with the current status.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 Business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email,
please contact us at hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
