Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates depend on the product, whether the item is in stock or a pre-order, and your delivery address. Your available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
Standard shipping is free on every greenhouse. Faster, secured options are available for an added cost. We ship with secured FedEx and freight carriers, and tracking is provided where available.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders work differently from in-stock purchases. Please read this section carefully before placing a pre-order.
A pre-order is a reservation for delivery at a later date, offered at a discounted price because units are produced and shipped in a consolidated batch.
Any pre-order date shown on the product page or in an email is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days after the estimated date. The exact timing depends on production completion, quality control, consolidated batch shipment to our U.S. hub, warehouse receiving and processing, and final freight scheduling.
Any transit time estimate shown on the product page or at checkout refers only to shipping transit after the carrier picks up the shipment. It does not include pre-order production, overseas shipping to our U.S. hub, customs clearance, warehouse processing, or carrier scheduling.
When a pre-order shipment is released to the freight carrier, we send a shipment confirmation. Freight tracking may be limited depending on the carrier. A Bill of Lading (BOL) is provided once the order is released, and the carrier typically calls to schedule curbside delivery.
If the estimated pre-order date has passed and delivery has not been completed, please request a status update by emailing hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and the name on the order. We respond within 1 to 2 business days with the current status.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs. For full details, see our return policy page.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these case by case and will work toward a fair solution.
