The dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. They reflect the earliest delivery window based on current production and freight schedules. Pre-orders are produced in batches and shipped from Europe, so manufacturing volume, ocean freight, port handling, and customs can affect the timeline. If an estimate changes, we email you an updated one.
How pre-orders work
- Pre-orders are produced in batches at our factory in Europe, then shipped to our US warehouses in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey. Transit from the factory to a warehouse usually takes 3–4 weeks.
- You receive two tracking emails: one when the order leaves the factory, and one when it is handed to the last-mile carrier.
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
For full details on delivery, cancellation, and refunds, see the Pre-order Policy.

Looking after your Heritage Nord
Before the growing season: rinse the glass and frame with a hose and wipe with a soft cloth. Check that all fixings are tight, then lubricate the door lock, latches, hinges and roof window openers.
Before winter: close and latch the doors and roof windows, lubricate the moving parts, and take the key out of the lock so it can't rust over.
During winter: the 36° roof pitch sheds most snow on its own. After heavy snowfall, clear any build-up from the roof and don't let snow pile against the sides or ends.
Before a storm: close and latch everything. Sealed shut, the greenhouse is rated to handle the wind - a door left open in a storm is how greenhouses get damaged.
WHAT MAKES IT HERITAGE NORD

If you prefer clean, modern lines to a traditional greenhouse look, meet Heritage Nord.

Glass on all four sides, so you're never chasing the sun. Pour a cup of coffee, sit back, and watch the garden wake up.

Wood treated with heat and steam instead of chemicals, so it holds its shape and its strength for years.
NOT ALL GLASS GREENHOUSES ARE created equal
Heritage Nord sits above Nordwood and Scandiglas as our most premium line. Here is what earns it that place.

Feature highlights
- SLEEK YET STORNG FRAME
The Heritage Nord garden room is framed in Thermowood®. It's Scandinavian pine treated with heat and steam, with no chemical additives at all. That's what makes it dense, stable and resistant to decay. Over time it ages to a warm, natural tone.
- tempered glass, wall to wall
4mm (5/32") tempered panels on every wall, with up to 93% of the daylight coming through. If one is ever struck hard enough to break, it crumbles into blunt granules rather than sharp shards. You won't think twice about kids running past it.
- UNNATURALLY WIDE ENTRANCE DOOR
Nearly twice the width of a standard door (4.6 ft width and 6.89 ft door hight). Open them and the room gives way to the garden.
- COVERED FOR 15 YEARS
15-year warranty on the frame, 2 years on the door lock and window openers. It's the longest warranty we offer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Heritage Nord different from Nordwood?
Heritage Nord uses a Thermowood® frame and full tempered-glass glazing, positioned above Nordwood and Scandiglas as our most premium glasshouse line. The build quality of every detail - joinery, hardware, glazing - is what sets it apart.
How long does delivery take?
Each Heritage Nord is made to order especially for you, with as fast as 12-week delivery window. Standard shipping is free and fully insured to your door across the continental USA.
Do I need a permit to install it?
At 174 sq ft, Heritage Nord sits under the 200 sq ft threshold that triggers project/permit approval requirements in most US jurisdictions - check your local codes to confirm.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes. It's delivered as a pre-cut kit with a step-by-step manual and needs a level, prepared base. Most owners build it with a second pair of hands, and our team is one call away if you have questions.
What foundation do I need?
A concrete slab or strip foundation is recommended for the best stability and service life. Stone paving or a reinforced wooden terrace are possible alternatives. The foundation is built separately and isn't included.
How do I look after the wood and glass?
Once a year is enough. Rinse the frame and glass with a hose, wipe with a soft cloth, check the fixings are tight, and lubricate the door lock and roof window openers. Thermowood® is heat-treated, so the wood needs no treatment of its own, and the tempered glass won't yellow or cloud. In winter, clear heavy snow off the roof and don't let it pile against the sides.
What's included in the kit?
The Thermowood® frame, 4mm (5/32") tempered safety glass panels, a double door with lock, 2 roof windows with automatic openers, and all stainless steel and zinc-coated fixings. Floor boards and the foundation are not included.
