Yes, and most owners do. Parts arrive pre-cut and labelled with a step-by-step manual; plan on two people and a few days, since glass is a two-person job. We do not offer installation ourselves, and many owners bring in a friend or a local handyman.

A 5-year limited warranty on the frame and the glass panels against structural defects under normal use, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a covered part fails, we ship a replacement.
Very little. A wash and a coat of wood oil once a year keeps the timber protected, and the glass wipes clean and never yellows. A garden room should improve your life, not add chores.
