How pre-orders work
- Pre-orders are produced in batches at our factory in Europe, then shipped to our US warehouses in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey. Transit from the factory to a warehouse usually takes 3–4 weeks.
- You receive two tracking emails: one when the order leaves the factory, and one when it is handed to the last-mile carrier.
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

IS THE SHED ATTACHED TO THE GARDEN ROOM?
Yes, it includes a built-in nordic spurce shed that blends naturally into the structure, giving you the practicality of hidden storage.
Is a Nordwood worth it compared to a cheaper greenhouse?
A Nordwood is a different category. Instead of thin aluminium and plastic that fades and flexes, you get solid natural wood and toughened safety glass that look beautiful and last 20+ years. It is bought once and lived with for decades, as a growing space and a garden room in one.
Can I assemble it myself?
Yes. Most owners build it over a couple of weekends with a second pair of hands. Every part is labelled, the manual walks you through each step, and our team is one call away. Professional installation can also be arranged.
How do I look after the wood and glass?
Very little. The timber arrives treated; a coat of wood oil once a year keeps it rich and protected. The toughened glass wipes clean and will not yellow or cloud like plastic. Looked after simply, a Nordwood keeps its looks for a generation.
What is included?
The pre-cut natural wood frame, all toughened glass panels, double hinged doors, roof vents, and every fixing and bracket you need, plus the assembly manual. Standard delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?
Each Nordwood is built to order. Standard delivery is 16–20 weeks and free; Priority is 12–14 weeks; and Express Secured, our fastest route, is 10–12 weeks. We confirm your window by email and ship fully insured to your door.
What does the warranty cover?
A 5-year limited warranty covering the wood frame and glass against structural defects under normal use. Register within 30 days of delivery to activate full cover.
Can I add accessories later?
Yes. Automatic window openers, staging and shelving, and rainwater collection kits are all designed to fit the Nordwood and can be added at checkout or any time after.
