Most garden rooms look fine when they arrive. After a couple of winters, the gaps appear, the heat escapes, and you realize what you actually bought was a shed with pretensions.
The Nordwood Garden House is built differently.
Solid Nordic spruce walls - roughly 3½" thick. Sixteen windows and two double glass doors that fill the space with natural light. A classic peak roof that handles weather without drama. Around 158 sq ft of interior space that works as a home office, a studio, a place to have people over, or just somewhere quiet that isn't the house.
It arrives as a complete kit. Pre-cut parts, all hardware, clear instructions. It comes unfinished - leave it natural, or treat it in whatever finish suits your garden.
Built on treated foundation beams. Backed by a 5-year warranty. This isn't a seasonal structure. It's a permanent addition to your property.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it need a lot of maintenance?
Treat it properly upfront and Nordic spruce performs for years with minimal care. The aluminium frames and toughened glass need almost nothing.
Is it usable in winter?
Yes. 3½" walls give you real insulation. Add a small heater or wood burner and it's comfortable year-round.
Do I need planning permission?
Often not - at ~10'4" tall and 158 sq ft it's designed to fall within permitted development rules in most areas. Always verify locally before you install.
Is it hard to assemble?
No. Pre-cut parts, all hardware, clear manual. DIY-friendly. Having a second person for certain stages makes it easier - but you don't need to be a contractor.
