Solid 1¾" log walls, double-glazed doors and windows. A proper four-season room you can heat, cool, and live in - built to the same Scandinavian timber standard used in residential cabins.

Is pre-ordering risky?

Your price is locked the moment you order. You get the full 5-year structural warranty and the same build you'd buy in-season - just at a lower price. If anything changes before your structure ships, you get a full refund. No restocking fee, no fine print.

When will my structure be delivered?

Delivery time depends on which option you pick at checkout:

Fastest - in-stock units ship in 10 to 12 weeks at the full in-season price.
Standard pre-order with free shipping - 16 to 20 weeks at the deepest pre-order pricing.

Wood builds take longer than polycarbonate because each spruce frame is cut to order.

Do I need a foundation ready before delivery?

No. You have 10 to 20 weeks until delivery to prep the site, depending on which option you picked. Most customers pour a concrete pad or use treated joists on compacted gravel. The Garden Studio includes treated foundation joists in the kit.

How does Buy Now, Pay Later work?

Is wood high-maintenance compared to metal or plastic?

No. Nordic spruce is slow-grown and pressure-treated, so it resists rot and insects without annual sealing or painting. The wood ages to a silver-grey patina if left untreated. If you prefer the original warm tone, one coat of stain every 3-4 years keeps it.
