Delivery time depends on which option you pick at product page, anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks:
Fastest - in-stock units ship in about 2 weeks at the full in-season price (includes 3 free accessories).
Summer Sale pre-order - ships in about 3 weeks at the discounted price (see shipping time at checkout).
Standard pre-order - build slots out to 12 weeks at the deepest pre-order pricing (see shipping time at checkout).

Yes - every length of every polycarbonate model is discounted this weekend. The dollar amount you save scales with the size, so larger orders save more.
Is shipping included?
