Most garden rooms are built from thin panels screwed onto a lightweight frame. They go up fast and cost less - but after a couple of winters, you'll see the difference.

Gaps appear, walls lose heat, and the whole structure starts to feel temporary.

Nordwood is made from solid 1¾" interlocking logs - the same construction you'd find in a proper Scandinavian timber home. It takes more material and more time to build that way, but it's also why these studios are still standing straight ten years in.
