WHY WE BUILD THESE
WE STARTEDMAKING GREENHOUSES BECAUSE THE ONES WE BOUGHT KEPT FALLING DOWN
Our founder built his first greenhouse in his backyard 15 years ago, after a couple of store-bought kits didn't make it through the winter. He figured if no one was building the kind he wanted, he'd build it himself.
So we started making them ourselves. Heavier frames. Better panels. Warranties we'd be willing to honor a decade later.

WHAT GARDENERS ARE SAYING
Code-Compliant and Built to Last
Purchased particularly because of the ability to expand, and it met all the strict requirements by the local county codes. Held up perfectly through a winter with high winds and heavy snow loads
Misti Friedl
Built to Weather Whatever Winter Throws At It
After a friend's new greenhouse collapsed under its first snow, we did a lot of research before choosing. Held up great through its first winter with some of the heaviest snow in years, and sustained winds over 50 kph without any issues. The quality is solid.

WHAT CAN BE USED AS A BASE FOR THE GREENHOUSE?
Direct planting in soil: Free and natural-looking, but may not be as stable and may require additional reinforcement. Also more susceptible to pests and diseases.
Concrete pad: Durable, stable, and long-lasting, ideal for heavy greenhouses. However, it's expensive and time-consuming to install.
Paving stone, slabs or breeze blocks: Cost-effective and easy to install, but less durable than concrete. May not be as level or as resistant to moisture.
Wooden base:Affordable and customizable, but requires regular maintenance to prevent rot. Can be less stable than other options.
Steel base: Extremely durable and long-lasting, but also expensive and heavy. Installation can be challenging.
Plastic base: Lightweight and easy to transport, but not as durable as other options. May warp or crack over time.
